PEPPERMINT
Peppermint, along with spearmint and wild mint, belongs to the Lamiaceae family and grows primarily in damp areas and is native to central and north India. With the warm climate and suitable soil conditions high menthol content in the plant can be achieved which results in the steam distillation of peppermint oil with a strong and refreshing aroma. Peppermint has been long used as a natural mouth freshener and alleviate occasional stomach upset.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Use 3-4 drops it an air diffuser to create a fresh and energising mist
- Add 3-4 drops in your bath for a refreshing and energising bath
- Put 2-3 drops of holy basil blend essential oil in your tea or other beverage for a refreshing twist
- Mix 2-3 drops with 10 ml of carrier oil and massage achy joints and muscles for relief
