DIRECTIONS FOR USE

  • Use 3-4 drops it an air diffuser to create an engaging and energising mist
  • Mix 3-4 drops holy basil blend essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil or body lotion like and apply topically to promote healthy looking skin
  • Put 2-3 drops of holy basil blend essential oil in your herbal tea or hot water for calming the body
  • Put 1-2 drops in the palm of your hands, rub them and inhale the warm stimulating aroma
