CARDAMOM

Cardamom (Eletteria cardaomum) belongs to the ginger family (Zingiberaceae) and has its original home in the southwest of the Indian subcontinent. Cardamom is added to traditional Indian and Middle Eastern sweets and teas for its sweet and slightly warm & spicy flavor. The very aromatic seeds contained in the green capsule fruits are dried after harvesting and are used as a valued spice in cooking and Ayurvedic medicine.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

  • Use it as an air diffuser to create an invigorating atmosphere promoting mental clarity.
  • Mix 3-4 drops cardamom essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil like and apply topically for a comforting and fragrant body massage.
